Why even post this "Application PHP Router Class" if the license forbids doing anything with it:

* LICENCE
* ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
* YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COPY/EDIT/SHARE/WHATEVER.

I thought that PhpClasses is for OpenSource software?
