This class can send SMS or MMS messages using Textlocal API.

It can send HTTP requests to the Textlocal API Web servers to perform several types of operations around sending SMS messages.

Currently it can send a SMS or MMS message to a given number, send a message to a group of contacts, create groups of contacts, add contacts to a group, get the available groups, get the contacts of a group, delete contacts from a group, delete groups, get the message sending history, etc..
